BAUER Technologies Appoints Paul Doyle as Sole Managing Director

July 2026 – Bauer Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Paul Doyle as sole Managing Director, marking a significant milestone as the company continues to strengthen its position within the UK geotechnical and specialist foundation engineering sector. 

Having joined Bauer Technologies in 2016, Paul has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and operational success. Progressing through senior leadership positions, including Operations Director, he has built a reputation for delivering complex geotechnical solutions while fostering strong relationships with clients, project teams and the wider industry. 

In his new role, Paul will lead the strategic direction of Bauer Technologies, with responsibility for driving the business forward, supporting continued growth and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technical excellence, innovation and operational performance. 

With extensive experience spanning the geotechnical and piling industry, Paul has been instrumental in the successful delivery of many of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. His portfolio includes major schemes such as Ardersier Energy Transition Facility, Woodsmith Mine and Belfast Harbour, alongside numerous complex foundation and ground engineering projects across the infrastructure and commercial sectors.
