Bauer Technologies tendered for and won the £15 million contract for the piled foundation of the 850MW gas-fired power generation station, known as Severn Power CCGT, working with Siemens Power Generation.

 

At the peak of the project Bauer had 6 rigs on site, working simultaneously. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
